How to make an admin a Billing Manager?
A billing manager is an admin of the group who has also been given access to manage and update billing information and set up payments for a subscription community. Follow this helpdoc to learn how to make a member an admin of the group.
- Navigate to the Members tab and filter by admins.
- Click on the MEMBERSHIP SETTINGS in front of the admin's name. Proceed to give them the billing access for the respective group.
The team member will now be able to see all billing and payment-related items in the admin settings menu.
