How to add a cancellation video?
A cancellation video is a video that you can put on the cancel page to decrease churn.
- Click the profile pic and then Settings. Then click on admin settings for that group.
- Head to the Plugins tab.
- Click on the Cancellation video. Add a video link hosted on any supported platforms to turn it ON.
When members go to cancel their membership, the cancellation video will be shown to them on Step two.
