How to add a retention video?

A retention video is a video that you can put on the cancel page to decrease churn.

  1. Click on the SETTINGS button.

  1. Head to the Pricing tab and simply click on the settings gear located in the upper right-hand corner.

  1. Add an embedded link of the video that you'd like members to watch before they decide to cancel their membership to your group. Click SAVE.
