How to set up one time course purchases?

The one-time course purchase feature is fantastic for allowing one-time purchases, in-classroom purchases, event sales, or upsells in your program. You can opt for a free group or a subscription group. Within your group, you have the option to set up a one-time course purchase.

Before setting a price, you'd need a course ready in your Classroom.

1. Navigate to course settings by clicking the Edit course option.

2. Select Buy Now, set up a one-time price for the course, and click SAVE.

Note that, if you haven't yet connected your bank account, you must do it before progressing. Here's more info on how to connect your bank account via Stripe Express.

3. Once the member of your group purchases the course, they will have instant course access. You can view their purchase receipt by navigating to Membership Settings > Courses.

4. If you navigate to SETTINGS > Dashboard, you'll see a new metric called Course Sales. This is where you can see accumulated sales for the in-classroom one-time course sales.

Notes:

A) This feature is designed for new courses exclusively. We suggest not altering the permissions for the current course with different settings, as this could impact member access.

B) Members will have instant access when they purchase the course. There isn't a way to provide free access to a paid course.

C) You can set any price within the range of $1 to $999 per course.

D) If you are creating a paid event, use the paid course feature to set the permissions for the event to "Members in a course" and select a paid course.
