Things to do before you cancel your group subscription (admins only)

These are a few best practices before you cancel your group subscription, especially if you have an active group with members and content.

A. Rename it to "Closed" or "Archived". Make a post in your community making sure your members are aware of the community closure. Pin the post to the feed.

B. Do any necessary changes like setting your community to private, drafting your courses, downloading invoices, etc.

C. If in case you are running a subscription community, we recommend canceling members subscriptions before you cancel the group subscription. D. Cancel the subscription.

E. Move the group down to the bottom of the group switcher.

F. Toggle it off from your Membership Visibility settings so it's no longer on your profile.
