Skool Support Quick Start Guide

Your Skool account is tied to the email address that you signed up with. We do recommend using one and only one email for your Skool account. You can use that Skool account to join or create as many communities as you want.

How to join communities - You can discover new communities and proceed to join from Skool Discovery: https://www.skool.com/discovery

How to create communities - You can pick a Pro or Hobby plan and proceed to create a community: https://www.skool.com/pricing

What to do if you are having trouble logging in:

You may need to check your non-primary or junk/spam folder just in case.

What to do if you no longer have access to your email address:

  • For paid Skool accounts, reach out to Skool Support (help@skool.com)
  • For free Skool accounts, it's best to just create a new Skool account and then use that one instead.

How to manage multiple Skool accounts?

There's no way to merge Skool accounts. We recommend selecting one of the Skool accounts you want to use and rejoining the groups with that account. You may need to contact the group admin for that specific Skool group to let them know you're requesting access with a different Skool account. If it's a paid group, you can cancel from one account and join using the other.

How to cancel a paid membership to any group on Skool?

There are three ways to cancel.

  1. You can cancel by navigating to your membership settings: https://help.skool.com/article/99-how-to-cancel-my-subscription-to-a-community
  2. You can cancel by reaching out to the admins/mods of the group: https://help.skool.com/article/100-how-to-contact-the-group-admins
  3. You can cancel by reaching out to Skool Support, mentioning the keyword "cancel {group name}": https://www.skool.com/support

Note: There's no way to pause a membership. You can cancel and resubscribe at any time. Everything will resume, including points, levels, progress, etc. Note that the price or deliverables may change between canceling and resubscribing. All of that is managed by Skool group admins.

How to seek a refund for the most recent transaction?

Reach out to the group admins on Skool Chat or the company support email for the group to request a refund. If you’re eligible for a refund, the group admins will refund you as soon as you cancel. The refund will go to the payment method you used when you purchased. Usually, it takes around 7-10 business days for the refund to be processed.

How to reach out to Skool Support - It's recommended to log in with your Skool account and reach out to Skool Support from here: https://www.skool.com/support. You must be logged in to the correct Skool account. Describe in detail the issue or bug you are facing. Refer to the member profile handle or the group URL, whichever is applicable.

If you are a member, it's highly recommended to reach out to the group owners or the admins of the group: https://help.skool.com/article/100-how-to-contact-the-group-admins. If you are in a paid community and need to reach out to the group admins, their contact email is mentioned on the invoice as well as the email you receive when you join the group.

Reaching out to Skool Support from an unrelated email address will yield no response.
