2: Reset your Internet (If connected to home wifi)
This is the most effective fix for almost all home internet issues if connected to the home wifi.
- Go to your Internet Router (the box with the blinking lights that serves your home's Wi-Fi internet).
- Unplug the power cord from the back of the box.
- Count to 30 seconds.
- Plug it back in and wait 5 minutes for the lights to turn green.
- Try the website again.
3: Clean your Browser’s Memory
Sometimes your browser gets clogged by old data it has stored.
- Hold down the Ctrl and Shift keys on your keyboard, then tap the Delete key.
- A window will pop up. Look for "Time Range" and select "All time."
- Click the blue "Clear data" button.
- Note: You might have to sign back into some websites after doing this.
- Try the website again.
4: Turn off "Middle-Man" Software
If you use a VPN (software that hides your location, like NordVPN or ExpressVPN), it often causes this specific error.
- Turn it OFF. Look for the small VPN icon near your clock and "Disconnect" or "Exit" the VPN.
- Try the website again.
