How to remove my card? (paid members)

To remove your card on file, simply cancel your active membership to the group and then exit the group. Then proceed to remove your card. Here's how to do it:

1. Click SETTINGS in the community you are in, or slide the top nav in-app.

2. Click Manage membership to cancel the paid membership to a group.

3. Proceed to cancel your membership to the group.

4. Once canceled, you'd see the option to exit the group.

5. Navigate to the Payment Methods. Click on Remove option to remove the card on file.

Important note: Please note that this navigation path is intended for subscriptions on the Skool platform. If the payment was processed off the platform, you must contact the respective group admins before leaving the group.
