How to setup annual payments?

Here's how you can offer monthly and annual pricing options for your group.

  1. Click the SETTING button to open up the admin settings modal.

  1. Navigate to the Pricing tab. Click ADD PRICE.

  1. You'll be presented with three options. Choose Monthly and annual or Annual only.

  1. If you go with the monthly and annual pricing for your group, you'll be able to set both, and members can choose whichever works best for them.

  1. It will be set as the current price.


If you already have existing members on a monthly subscription, you can set the annual pricing, making it easy for them to upgrade seamlessly.


  1. Click the SETTING button to open up the admin settings modal.

  1. Navigate to the Pricing tab.

  1. Click on the current monthly pricing's Three Dots Menu option, and click on Add annual

  1. Set the annual pricing preferrably with a discount, and then click the ADD button.

  1. Members will be able to see a seamless way to upgrade to annual pricing, from their monthly pricing, on their end as follows:

Note: When a member upgrades from monthly to annual, they pay the annual price minus their current month's payment. For example, if they pay $9/month and the annual plan is $90, they'll pay $81 to upgrade.
