How to setup annual payments?
Here's how you can offer monthly and annual pricing options for your group.
- Click the SETTING button to open up the admin settings modal.
- Navigate to the Pricing tab. Click ADD PRICE.
- You'll be presented with three options. Choose Monthly and annual or Annual only.
- If you go with the monthly and annual pricing for your group, you'll be able to set both, and members can choose whichever works best for them.
- It will be set as the current price.
If you already have existing members on a monthly subscription, you can set the annual pricing, making it easy for them to upgrade seamlessly.
- Click the SETTING button to open up the admin settings modal.
- Navigate to the Pricing tab.
- Click on the current monthly pricing's Three Dots Menu option, and click on Add annual
- Set the annual pricing preferrably with a discount, and then click the ADD button.
- Members will be able to see a seamless way to upgrade to annual pricing, from their monthly pricing, on their end as follows:
Note: When a member upgrades from monthly to annual, they pay the annual price minus their current month's payment. For example, if they pay $9/month and the annual plan is $90, they'll pay $81 to upgrade.
