How to rank higher in Discovery?

Groups are ranked per category using an algorithm that looks at:

A. Member growth - new members.

B. Member activity - posts, comments, and likes.

C. Members' retention - retention over a certain period of time.

It's great to have new members joining your group on a daily or weekly basis - this really helps with the group's ranking. But more importantly, your group's retention is crucial. The more members who keep coming back to engage, the higher your group will rank. Aim for low churn and high retention to keep the group thriving!

For new groups, the rank will be lower. The ranking will increase as the group ages.

You can also leave the Growth Boost ON for higher visibility and placement in search results.

Note: Removing inactive or level 1 members doesn't improve your rank. Some people like to lurk.
