How to grant course access to members?

You can grant course access to any member by overriding the requirement for level or payment. This feature is mostly reserved for granting free access to paid courses whilst porting from other platforms to Skool.

  1. Open the Members tab, and find the member you would like to give access to. Click the Membership Settings button next to the member.

  1. In the Courses tab, select the course you want to give access to.

  1. The group member will now have access to all the courses checked in the manage access window. 

  1. If you want to revoke course access for a member, click the remove access option.

Notes:

  1. You can grant and revoke access to any member as long as the course is set to Level Unlock, Buy Now, or Private.
  2. Open courses are accessible to all members.
  3. Time unlock courses unlock automatically after the number of days set.
