How to seek a refund for the most recent transaction?
Please note that payment-related terms and conditions are set by the group admins for their group.
Canceling a subscription or leaving a group on Skool will not automatically issue a refund. You must reach out to the group admins on Skool Chat or the company support email to whom the group belongs to seek the respective refund.
If you’re eligible for a refund, the group admins will refund you as soon as you cancel. The refund will go to the payment method you used when you purchased. Usually, it takes around 7-10 business days for the refund to be processed.
